Someone (I’m sorry I can’t remember who) very kindly gave me a tub of the Hickory Smoked Cheddar-style Spread when I was in Spokane and I’M IN LOVE!
This stuff is amazing and it’s soy and wheat free. YUM-tastic! I wish they would sell this in Canada!

I picked up some of this at ‘Cafe Evolution’ in Northampton, MA. It’s SUPER good! No funky plastic-y fake cheese taste.
