My day started with an interview on CTV news. I snuck Perogy Cat onto the set … nobody noticed till the interview was over. Ha!
Then Jackie from The Veg Society took me for a lovely lunch at the Japanese place on Scarth. Sorry. The name escapes me at the moment.
I came back to the hotel and had a wee nap and then I met some of the members from the Veg Society for an early dinner at Selam.
This was my 2nd time eating Etiopian Food. The first time was just a few weeks ago when I had dinner with Isa, her husband and The Herbivore crew in Portland. I’m a fan of any food you can eat with your hands and I loved how the menu had “how to” instructions. 🙂
I was STUFFED! It was delish. We wandered over to The Hotel Sask for my event. A room full of lovely Regina folks…
We had fun. Yay Regina!
Thank you Regina Veg Society for inviting me!! I had a blast!
the blue nile is an amazing ethiopian restaurant in esquimalt!! so yummy!
Bizarrely enough, the best Ethiopian food I’ve ever eaten came from Edmonton.
