So if I can’t have soy… I can’t have Braggs or Tamari.
What can I have that is similar? Anyone?

    Soy Free “Soy” Sauce

    8 oz molasses

    3 oz balsamic vinegar

    sugar to taste

    Combine ingredients. Refrigerate.

    what about non-soy miso? mix it with a little tahini and sesame oil. or just use sea salt… good luck. 🙂

    I can’t have soy either. To substitute, I make Bryanna Clark Grogan’s vegan Worchestshire sauce. I use it in any recipe that calls for soy. It does have molasses tho…since you can’t have sugar, I wonder what it would taste like without the molasses? There are many other spices in it.
