Woooooo! Congratulations. I don’t know a vegan out there that hasn’t be profoundly impacted by the book. I am excited to get the most up-to-date copy! I have written tons of notes in my original copy, like the date and time we tried a specific dish and what we thought or what our guests thought. It reads like a little food diary!
