I was at the Market on Yates yesterday and found some fantastic gluten free noodles made by King Soba. Last night I made a quick stir-fry and served it over the Brown Rice & Wakame noodles. Yum!
Tonight I’m going to make something (not sure yet) and serve it over their Pumpkin Ginger Brown Rice Noodles.
Any thoughts as to what I should make?
What about using zucchini in some sort of dish? Zucchini seems to be overly abundant these days.
