The Liberals were in power long enough to try to make some major differences and they did not. While I don’t consider myself Conservative, I definitely appreciate that they lowered GST by 2% in the short time they got the reigns. Meanwhile, the Liberals wanted to up taxes. No thanks!
When we went to vote yesterday, a couple of young guys yelled, “Don’t vote Conservative!” as they finished voting. *lol* It was kinda cute.
At least you have more than 2 parties, we’ve had to deal with George Bush for the last 8 years…
I think its not only a sad time for our country but also for our planet… improving things by 3% in the next 12 years????? The carbon tax may have made things a bit more expensive…. but at least they had a real plan. Being influenced by big oil companies is in no way a favour to anyone but the selfish.
