Cashew Yogurt

Made cashew yogurt tonight. Didn’t have a recipe I just threw a bunch of stuff into my blender and hoped for the best… Turned out yum!

1 cup raw cashews
10 medjool dates
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Madagascar bourbon vanilla paste
1 3/4 cups water

Throw everything in a blender. Blend till super smooth. YUM!  Let me know what you think.  🙂

    oooh thanks for the recipe! My naturopath recently kicked my assn so this is right up my alley! I’ve been soaking almonds for a couple days and blending with some almond milk, agave and cinnamon and keeping it thick to use as my whip cream substitute with berries.. this will be a nice change!

  3. It’s super good! Very sweet with cashew very present, I love it! I add a little coconut oil to have a firmer texture, I should have put less water than your recipe, I would have had a thicker texture.
    Yummy for my dessert tonight!
