My hips have been an issue since I finished chemo (in 2013). I did this Yin Yoga for hips this morning and there were a few poses I could hardly do but when I was done … my hips feel like they were 18 again! Well…Maybe more like 38. 🙂

You’ll need a bolster so I used an over-stuffed pillow. Let me know if you did it and what you thought! I could hardly do frog pose. My hips are TIGHT.
