Woah my! Sarah K, your blog is neat. You can’t even imagine my excitement when stumbling upon your *new book* @ Book Passage this afternoon. Dang, I have been way out of the picture.
It’s also exciting/cute to see your posts about jeremy & yvonne of otsu! They are delightfully friendly people. I have not seen them in forever but used to frequent the store whenever i could get into the city. And maggie mudd! Words cannot explain…
Anyway, love your cookbooks. Favorite recipes have to be the black bean burgers and those 4-minute brownies! Ha. There are a million more that I love. But thank you for making sweet cookbooks that are young-veg friendly (I first picked up your books when I was 16 or 17!).

Hey Sarah!! I love your cookbook! The recipes are really easy and all super yummy. This is sort of off topic but I love your labret piercing! It is by far my favourite piercing ever and am thinking of getting one myself. Nobody I know has one so I’m asking you: does it really irritate your gums?? Thanks! Keep cookin 😉

Hi Emma CIt doesn’t bother my gums or my teeth, but that’s because it is placed properly.
