I LOVE the fact that Siue of Boardwalk Chocolates doesn’t make Easter animals out of chocolate. Here’s her thoughts:
“A note about Easter: Boardwalk Chocolates does not make any items that resemble animals. As a vegan I don’t eat the real thing, so I decided to stay away from creating animals or eggs out of chocolate. You know what I mean: we’ve all experienced the weird sensation of biting ears or picking off eyes of candy rabbits…”
