Made the Pesto pasta from the book RAWvolution the other night. Didn’t have a cleaver, so Gerry drilled a hole into the young coconut so I could get the water out. There was about 3/4 of a cup in there. Pretty impressive. *laugh*

Meh… I couldn’t finish it.
The recipe was “ok”. Wasn’t great…
But I’m not giving up until I try a few more recipes…
