I just wanted to say that I think you are awesome! I first picked up your book, La Dolce Vegan when I was pregnant with my daughter three years ago and I am still using it constantly!Most recently I made the ice cream cake from La Dolce for my little one’s second birth day party and it was a hit! All of her (and my) non-vegan friends were amazed and loved it! So I just wanted to say thanks from me and my family!
