Itunes App reviews

These reviews about my iphone app bum me out …
screen-capture-1Instead of writing a shitty review – I wish Tasha77 had contacted me (sarah@govegan.net) about the problem with watching video on the app. I had no idea that function was broken and I would have told her that actually the videos are not broken but that she needs to be near WiFi for them to work as they are hosted on the internet.

As for Nanjanmc review. WTF are they talking about??

Normally I don’t read reviews cause people on the interweb can be so cruel but in a moment of weakness I looked. We worked SO HARD on this app and now I’m sad. 🙁

Love, love, love your cookbooks. I have ALL of them. LOVE the app, I have it on my iPad! I’m a new vegan and you’ve made it sooo easy to become one!

Don’t let people like that get you down. There will always be
people who complain rather than look for a solution (like with the first review) You are SO APPROACHABLE!!! I love going into your store, and so does my meat eating hubby. I got your app when you had it on sale, and I love it. I love that you have the grocery lists and that the recipies call for normal ingredients I can buy at my grocery store.
Your app is the only one that I’ve purchased and I think it’s fantastic. Don’t be sad, the app is phenominal! Your hard work paid off!!

Don’t let them get you down! Your app is amazing and has inspired me to experiment and try so many new and amazing things. I honestly don’t know what nanjanmc is talking about. The ONLY part of the app with advertising is the “more” button. So obviously they are high or can’t work an iphone or tablet. Thank you so much for inspiring me. I even tricked my parents (who are longtime carnivores) into thinking the cheesecake with apricot glaze was just a normal cheesecake. They absolutely loved it and had no idea it was sans cream cheese and eggs! Keep being awesome Sarah! Can’t wait to make it up to Canada to see your amazing store :).
