Went for a walk today with Fergus and was stopped in my tracks by a hummingbird that blocked my path. 
It hovered right in front of me at eye level for what felt like a hour but was probably on a few seconds. So cool and a little intense. 🙂

I am from New Zealand and we don’t have hummingbirds here but when I went to San Diego 2 years ago I also saw one which made me stop in my tracks1 They are exquisite!!
Humming birds always seem like they are up to no good. I feel a little frightened of them, but they are pretty fascinating too.
call me a hippy, but i’d say that’s a sign of good luck and good things to come…
