Why can’t you refreeze it after thawing?
I’m not sure but I think it changes the texture. When I buy a 5lb bag I divvy it up into 2 cups portions. Then I just pull out what I need for when I’m cooking. ๐
I wish I could get this in the UK! It looks so good I know I’m really missing out. Do you know anywhere I can get hold of some? Thanks.
Love your blogs and site by the way. Cheers!
