Just got in a new order of Boardwalk Chocolates!

Boardwalk Chocolates is Canada’s only traditional truffle and old fashioned confection enterprise that’s all vegan, gluten free, vegan owned and that emphasizes fair trade and organic. Not only are these truffles absolutely delicious, they’re packaged in 100% recylced containers (even the stickers!) with compostable, biodegradable bags.

BY THE SEA – Conjuring up memories of being on the boardwalk, you’ll find four inspired flavors including Beach (lemongrass ginger), Breeze (chocolate mint), Lady Pirate (lavender chestnut) and Sea Shell(dark raspberry).

THE SIDESHOW – This package contains four delicious truffles with flavors inspired by the sideshow acts of years gone by, including Mind Reader (coffee cinnamon), Fire Eater (smoky chipotle chili), Contortionist (sesame banana) and Siamese Twins (lemon anise).

SWEETS STAND – This assortment contains four decadent flavors, including Gingerbread (spiced caramel), Banana Split (banana cherry swirl), Key Lime Pie (lime & marshmallow), and Mug of Cocoa (creamy dark chocolate).

NUT ROASTER -  This assortment contains four toasty, crispy, nutty flavors; Almond Orange, Hazelnut, White Cashew (all white chocolate cardamom cashew ganache dipped in white chocolate. Topped with cardamomed coconut.) and Peanutbutter Cloud (Ontario peanut butter and vegan marshmallow – topped with roasted peanut)

Today was supposed to be a “soft” opening for Sarah’s Place and instead we were SWAMPED with vegan shoppers. 🙂

These lovely ladies were my first sale of the day. They paid with a $100 dollar bill so I’m not planning on putting that in a frame on the wall but I’m so happy they were my first customers.
